Donald Norcross for Congress

After a comprehensive digital vote-by-mail GOTV program, Donald Norcross was re-elected as Congressman for New Jersey’s 1st District with a higher number of mail-in votes than any other district in New Jersey.

Integrated Strategy

Blue Perigon Digital ran a comprehensive digital campaign for both the primary and general campaigns, which drove over 10 million impressions across programmatic, Connected TV, YouTube, and social media platforms to a Democratic primary voter audience of over 350,000 voters in the First Congressional District. The average audience member viewed our content more than 30 times over eight months. 


Content was targeted by platform to specific audience segments. For example, content on the issue of reproductive rights performed the highest with female Democratic voters over the age of 25. Negative content on Norcross’ opponent performed best with Democratic voters over the age of 45. Vote-by-mail informational content drove higher turnout than any other district in New Jersey. 


Throughout the campaign, Blue Perigon created 51 different Facebook ads, 83 SMS messages, 6 video ads, and 45 unique programmatic ads.
