Jake has been a digital strategy leader for 5 winning U.S. Senate races and a number of leading advocacy organizations, including the DSCC, DLCC, Sierra Club, Potential Energy Coalition, Southern Poverty Law Center, and FWD.us. During the 2020 election cycle, Jake served as Digital Director and Paid Media Advisor for Amy Klobuchar’s presidential campaign, raising $42 million online and executing a voter communication program rooted in Senator Klobuchar’s authentic connection with voters.

Jillian is a political strategist and proud history nerd with a proven track record in digital fundraising, cross-channel campaigns, and grassroots advocacy. She’s led digital strategy for powerhouses like House Majority PAC, the League of Conservation Voters, ReBuild USA, and the Democratic Governors Association. At ActBlue, she supported 400+ federal campaigns, helping them raise big through smart, scalable digital tactics. Jillian holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Skidmore College and an M.A. in Strategic Communication from American University.

Fatima is a digital strategist with deep experience in political campaigns, social media, and multicultural outreach. She led content and social strategy for Vice President Kamala Harris during the 2024 presidential campaign, overseeing social strategy, content, and rapid-response creative. Before that, she worked at Precision Strategies, developing digital programs for political, advocacy, and nonprofit clients. At Rational 360, she now drives campaigns that are data-driven, creative, and built to win. Fatima studied marketing and sociology at William & Mary.
