Blue Perigon Digital Helps Elect Democrats In New Jersey Among Other Key Democratic Wins

WASHINGTON, DC (November 8, 2023) – On November 7, Blue Perigon Digital helped to elect Democrats across federal, state, and local levels by focusing digital strategy on increased vote-by-mail returns among Democrats, keeping abortion top of mind for voters, and using precise targeting to reach and mobilize the right voters.

In New Jersey, Blue Perigon Digital’s efforts helped to expand Democratic majorities in the State Legislature and maintain the Democratic majority in the Gloucester County Board of Commissioners.

State Elections

• John Burzichelli flipped the State Senate seat in New Jersey’s 3rd Legislative District 

• Heather Simmons flipped the State Assembly seat in New Jersey’s 3rd LD

• Dave Bailey Jr. flipped the State Assembly seat in New Jersey’s 3rd LD

• Paul Moriarty was elected to State Senate in New Jersey’s 4th LD

• Dan Hutchison was elected to State Assembly in New Jersey’s 4th LD

• Cody Miller was elected to State Assembly in New Jersey’s 4th LD

• Carol Murphy was re-elected to State Assembly in New Jersey’s 7th LD

County Elections

• Joe Chila was elected County Surrogate in Gloucester County, NJ

• Joann Gattinelli was elected County Commissioner in Gloucester County, NJ

• Matt Weng was elected County Commissioner in Gloucester County, NJ 

• Jim Jefferson was re-elected County Commissioner in Gloucester County, NJ

Federal Elections

• Gabe Amo was elected in Rhode Island’s 1st Congressional District as the first Black Congressman from Rhode Island
